What Are Our Aims?

1. Leadership

Develop strong and virtuous male leaders, mentors and role models within the Body of Christ.

2. Brotherhood

Build community and forge closer supportive brotherly bonds between us Christian men in every day life.

3. Resourcefulness

Increase our individual & collective resourcefulness to better support our families, churches, communities and the wider world.

What are your thoughts on the role of Christian men today? Are we living up to what is needed from us? We want to hear your opinions..

Rising Up To Masculine Responsibility…

What problems do we need to overcome?

1. A Fatherless Society...

Too many Christian men are standing by while the nuclear family is breaking down through the sustained spiritual attack on men and their role in society.

2. Emasculation...

Many Christian men today have been passivised, weakened and emasculated, leaving them unable to powerfully and boldly lead themselves as they would want to as soldiers in Christ.

3. Isolation & loneliness...

Many Christian men say they feel isolated, fragmented and lonely, even in their churches. They aren’t being supported and empowering themselves and each other enough to grow and rise to the challenges we face today.

4. Lack of resources...

To the degree we’re not producing enough fruits in life we will have to say no where we ought to  be able to say yes. This means we are limited in how much we can serve those in need and honour God’s commandments in ways that bring Him greater glory.

“I feel we are sorely lacking strong male leadership, an assault on masculinity, and increased fatherlessness. We have too many gurus and experts, but not a lot of caring men — 1 Corinthians 4:15 For though you might have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet you do not have many fathers; for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel”

Our Values

1. Truth

If we do not stand on and for the truth, we cannot stand at all. Jesus Christ is The Truth, The Way and The Life, His commandments, laws and principles are the Rock on which we must build our lives.

2. Humility

To be humble is to have truthful and accurate knowledge of ourselves, without inflating our egos or self deceit.  It’s to be increasingly aware of our sin, our flaws, our iniquity, depravity and evil, while knowing our true strength comes from God.

3. Responsibility

Until we accept and take personal responsibility we cannot effect any positive change growth or improvement in ourselves and circumstances. God expects us to take responsibility for our choices and our actions and not render ourselves helpless, weak and unfairly dependent on Him.

4. Integrity

To have integrity is to bring together, to unite, to be integral, connected, wholesome and strong. It is the value of cohesion. To match our values and virtues with our attitude, speech and behaviours. To lack integrity  is to be fragmented, disjointed, dissipated and weak.

5. Valour

Moral courage, strength and virtue has never been so needed in a world that is so quick to try and tear down those who stand for truth against a deceitful, conceited, depraved and immoral culture. Our role is not to seek popularity, we must be God fearing and willing to be persecuted.

6. Honour

Let us build in ourselves a righteous character that  reveres and honours Christ and His commandments and empowers us to stay true to our faith in even the darkest and most hateful of times.

7. Brotherhood

As the body of Christ we are family and must be  brothers to one another… “Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.” ~ 1 Corinthians 15:58

Personal Discovery Is To

Know Thyself…

What are your personal values? Are you clear as to why they are your values? How well do you live them? Have you tested them?  What are your greatest weaknesses? How do you treat difficult problems, are you a master problem solver or do you tend to avoid them? What areas do you need to strengthen and improve in yourself and how will you do this? These are just some of the questions we can ask to understand ourselves better and learn who we can and want to become more of, in Christ.

We’ve put together an online questionnaire for you that’s designed to raise your self awareness and teach you more about where and how you need to work on your character, with our Lord’s help. You’re free to take part, just click the button below and begin your personal discovery journey…
